This page contains information regarding abstract submission for Moss 2015. The same conditions apply to both oral and poster presentations. Please note that after the 31th October 2015 no editing of submitted abstracts will be undertaken and abstracts will be published in the abstract book as submitted.
Following the abstract deadline, the Session Organizers for each session will review the abstracts and put together a programme for the session. Authors will receive a notification of acceptance by 6 November. Please notify to the organizers in case you need an acceptance letter with a previous date. Please note: the number of applications for oral presentations usually exceed the number of oral slots available. In these instances the Session Organizers will offer you the opportunity to present your research as a poster.
All abstracts must be prepared in English using UK spelling and grammar
Abstracts MAY NOT:
advertise a commercial product
contain tables or graphics
Abstracts must conform to the following structure:
Your abstract should be formatted in upper and lower case. DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR ABSTRACT IN CAPITALS
Use Arial for the whole Abstract: size 11 (bold) for Title (no more than 20 words), size 10 for Authors, and plain size 11 for body.
Co - Authors: you may enter a complete list of co-authors. Affiliations should be included, however you should only use institutional names and country (no postal addresses)
Email address of the presenting author
Body: one single paragraph comprising no more than 225 words (or 16 lines)
Use the template abstract file and submit it in the same Microsoft Office Word format (USA letter size).

Late poster abstracts will be accepted but will not be included as part of the programme and abstract book.

Accepted authors must register for the meeting
If your abstract is accepted as a poster presentation, the poster must be of portrait orientation, with dimensions not exceeding 120cm high x 95cm across.
The scientific program will consist of contributed oral and poster sessions of research on bryophytes.
